ORDER PROCESSING:

Orders can be picked up Mon - Fri, from 10 - 5. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and
displayed at checkout.
For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $X flat rate shipping to Canada and the United States.
In Canada free shipping is offered on orders $200 and over on NON OVERSIZED/OVERWEIGHT PRODUCTS
In the United States free shipping is offered on orders $250 and over on NON OVERSIZED/OVERWEIGHT PRODUCTS
REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original
condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at chris@holmesandmaltby.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. Contact us directly to arrange a return.
